综上所述，本实验结果显示Ki-67和KAI1的异常表达可能在甲状腺癌的进程中起到一定作用。因此，可推测它们在肿瘤良恶性、生物学行为的判定以及预后的评估都有十分重要的指导作用。检测Ki-67和KAI1可以为内蒙古地区甲状腺癌的诊治及预后提供理论依据。但肿瘤的发生、病情进展、浸润周围组织和远处转移是十分复杂的过程，其中涉及多基因、多蛋白、多因素的调控。甲状腺癌中Ki-67和KAI1的具体作用机制还不清楚，需要进行进一步研究。
